program details saturday and sunday This (friday) morning our Portugese and a small group of Dutch students left for a very rainy visit to the city of Delft. With one hour delay because of a defective bus. Here are some details for our programme on saterday and sunday (family diner) Saturday: we expect our Portugese students at our school at 12.00u because we have an Open Dag. On a special table in the central hall (aula) we have made an information point for new students and parents; the Portugese table. Lurdes made a roulation schedule; we devide the portugese group in small groups of three students. While sitting near the Portugese table they inform (new) students and parents about Portugal and the exchange in english for 20 minutes. The other students visit the school activities. We open one classroom to make some music. At 14.00 we leave for StichtingC tot finish the art work on the street furniture we started on thursday. We will be finishing the programme at 15.30u. Dutch students are welcom to join this activity, or to pick up theyr partners at StichtingC at 15.30u to go home or otherwise. Sunday. Family diner at Udens College, entrance Drossaart. Door is open at 18.00u Dinner starts at 18.30u Please bring your own food. Enough for the amount of people in your family (they are welcom to). We will make a nice buffet with all the brought items. Soups, main courses, salads, deserts, breads, snacks, vegetarian items, fruits, drinks etc. please use our reply button to inform other parents what you will bring.
